Björn Höcke

**Short description:**
The former teacher (History, Sports) Björn Uwe Höcke was born 1972. He is member of a nationalist family. His grandparents were expelled Germans from the former East Prussia (now: Poland and Russia).
He actually lives in the village if Bornhagen in the region Eichsfeld in Thuringia.

Hoecke is since 2014 leader of the AfD in Thuringia an member of the Landtag and and the speaker of the parliamentary group of the AfD.
He is the ‘leader’ of the fascist wing of the AfD and his network „Der Flügel“ tries to form the AfD in an openly fascist party.

Before founding of the AfD he was active in little far right groups. In February 2010 he joined a big faschist rally in Dresden.
The scientist Andreas Kemper pointed out that Höcke could be the author „Landolf Ladig“ in the regional NPD-Magazine „Eichsfeld-Stimme“ (2012/2013) and the neonazi journal „Volk in Bewegung“.

His ideological thinktank is the „Institut für Staatspolitik“ in Schnellroda and he is an old buddy of Götz Kubitschek.
