Michail Shalankevich

A leader of right-wing organization “Alternativa” which promoted sober live by beating drunk people on streets of Kiev. In 2018, Mishgan was sentenced to 6 years in prison for robbery and hooliganism as part of the Tesak gang, but was released from the courtroom. In 2020, he moved to Ukraine and founded a group called “Alternativa”, which he said fights against the spread of alcohol and drugs. They attack people drinking alcohol on the street, videotape it and post it online. In September, he was sentenced to a year of probation for assaulting Alexander Kuzhelny, a photojournalist. Mishgan is also suspected of assaulting a boy and a girl in spring 2021 in Kiev.
